Conditions

Please read the conditions below carefully before submitting this form:

A1. Parking Fees And Charges

1.1	The first month's parking fee, access device charge and any other deposits are required to be paid to the Company on or before the commencement date of parking.
1.2	The Parking Fee is payable to and must be received by the Company monthly on or before the first day of each month.
1.3	The Company may vary the Parking Fee at any time by giving the Patron one (1) month's written notice of the alteration.
1.4	Any expense or costs incurred by the Company in the recovery of outstanding monies, including debt collection fees and legal costs shall be paid by the Patron.
1.5	A $30 Access Card deposit (refundable) must be paid and will be forfeited if the card is not returned

A2. Access Device

2.1	Each Key Card or other form of access device or identification issued by the Company remains the property of the Company and must be returned at the termination date of this agreement.
2.2	The Patron must pay the amount charged by the company for the replacement of a lost or damaged pass card.

A3. Termination

3.1	This Agreement may be terminated by either party giving one (1) month's written notice to the other at any time.
3.2	The Company may, at its discretion, accept one (1) month's Parking Fee in lieu of notice by the Patron.
3.3	The Company may terminate this Agreement immediately, including the barring of access cards, if the Patron is in breach of this Agreement.
3.4	Once this Agreement has been signed, termination can only occur as per Clause A3.1.

A4. Parking

4.1	Although the Company agrees to take all care, the Patron parks at their own risk where the Company takes no responsibility for valuables or possessions left in vehicles or any third party damage that could occur while vehicles have been left with the Company.
